The 2011 East Coast Tour will be from March 30 - April 4, 2011.

The choir will perform in a variety of concert settings along the way, exposing the students to multiple musical ideas and performance opportunities. The 5-day tour will allow the students to visit and perform in environments that cannot be recreated in central Ohio. The tour provides national exposure for the city of Upper Arlington, the school system, and the music department. This wonderful educational experience is designed to provide a lifetime of memories for the student musicians.
  

Please note the following announcement, as it contains important information concerning the East Coast Tour:

There has been a slight change in the tour payment schedule. The final payment was originally due on March 10, but is now due on March 14 at this meeting. On March 10, Mr. Kauffman will be providing your student with the final amount still owed for his/her trip. Please do not make the final payment until you receive this information, as it will help our accounting and it is possible your payment will be adjusted down based on revenue earned by your student and by the department as a whole during the year.

Also, the final Itinerary will be made available at this meeting. Please do not ask for the itinerary prior to this meeting as final adjustments to the schedule are still being made - rest assured, this is quite common!

This meeting on March 14 will be the time to ask any additional questions you might have about this trip.
