Dear Vocal Music Booster Member,

Welcome to the 2011-2012 edition of the Upper Arlington Vocal Music Program. Your child is part of a unique program that will provide him/her with an excellent musical education. As such, you are automatically a member of the UAHS Vocal Music Booster organization.

The UAVMB is a great organization that supports the Vocal Music department throughout the year. We provide scholarship support for the students, purchase needed equipment for the department, perform fundraising activities, and advertise the department performances. We lend support ushering, selling concessions and tickets, producing programs, and building sets. We produce videos of the productions and sell spirit wear and yard signs. Most of all, we enjoy what we are doing, knowing it is benefitting our kids and their education!

I encourage you to get involved. This is one way to show your child you care about their musical interest and support them during their high school years. We meet every second Monday of the month at 7:30 pm in room 181 at UAHS. We always love seeing new faces and appreciate the extra help!

I'm excited for what this year will bring. Thank you to my new committee chairs, to those who are returning chairs, and to all who will help make this year run smoothly! I'm looking forward to working with all of you! See you September 12 at 7:30 pm!
